Speaker Bio

Karla Morales-Lee is movement builder and gender equality activist. She spends her time supporting, amplifying and connecting into businesses the change-making ideas of self-identifying female social-impact pioneers. She is host of Warrior Women the podcast, founder of Warrior Group Consulting and initiator of The Warrior Women Network. She is also on the steering committee of She Changes Climate and a fellow at Zinc VC.

Her personal mission is to contribute to a world where telling her daughters “they can anything they want to be” isn’t a lie.
