As Partner and Chief Investment Officer at Pogust Goodhead, Ana Carolina deals with investors, structuring the financial deals that fund transnational and local cases of human rights, consumer protection, environmental damage and climate litigation.

Ana Carolina is an experienced tax and financial lawyer having studied in Brazil (USP) in England (LSE), and in France (INSEAD), and worked in investment banks, asset management firms and specialised law firms before joining Pogust Goodhead. Ana Carolina is the co-founder of DreamS Foundation, a charity that supports the fundraising of other non-profits, and sits on the board of the Projeto Gauss endowment fund.
