Ticket Purchase for Blue Earth Summit, Forum and Futures

When you purchase a ticket to the Blue Earth Summit, you can do so on our website. Stripe processes your Personal Data independently as a controller, so please review their Privacy Notice to understand how they handle your information. We process your personal details (full name, email, card information, cardholder name, Country or region) to provide you with the ticket and grant you access to the Summit. This processing is based on the performance of a contract we have with you.

Additionally, for the Summit, Forum, and Futures events, we pass your personal information (email address, first name, last name) to Ticket Butler for accreditation services. Blue Earth App

In the months approaching the event, ticket holders are invited to join the Blue Earth App, which is hosted on a third-party platform called Brella. The Blue Earth App is designed to enhance your event experience, offering features such as networking, event schedules, and personalised content.

To create an account on the Blue Earth App via Brella, the following personal information is required:

  • Full Name
  • Email Address
  • Company Information (if applicable)
  • Professional Background (optional)

This data is used to:

  • Facilitate networking opportunities

  • Enable matchmaking features for one-on-one meetings

BE100 Nominations and Applications

For the BE100 competition, data collected is used to evaluate and select participants for the BE100 competition. This information is stored centrally and may be shared with investors within the Blue Earth Community to support the applicants’ growth and development. The processing of this data is based on the performance of a contract (application to the competition) and the legitimate interest of fostering innovation and investment in planet-positive businesses.

Nominations

When nominating someone for the BE100 competition, we require nominators to provide personally identifiable information (PII) of the nominee. This information includes the nominee’s full name, work email address, and phone number. We collect this PII to contact the nominee and invite them to complete an application form for the competition. The processing of this PII is based on the legitimate interest of facilitating the nomination and application process.

Applications

During the application process for the BE100 competition, we collect both personal and company information. This includes:
