Speaker Bio

Andrew is the Co-Founder and Chief Technology Officer of Space Forge Ltd, a Welsh company building reusable satellites for in-orbit manufacturing of new super materials. He has previously worked in the advanced concepts team for Thales Alenia Space UK designing low flying satellites and building future Mars landing systems. He has previously ran the MARSBalloon school outreach programme and was co-lead on the Space Generation Advisory Council’s Near Earth Object working group. Andrew was the recipient of the 2010 Engineering Graduate of the Year award.
