Currently serves as the Policy Operations lead for Women and Gender of the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change Youth Constituency, YOUNGO where she has been leading policy submissions on gender and climate change since COP23. She is the Founder of Clean Earth Gambia, a youth-led environmental NGO in The Gambia working towards conservation, environmental education, and gender and climate change.

As the current Policy Lead for Women and Gender of the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change Youth Constituency since COP23, she has led the policy submissions of the working group during COP23, SB48, SB48.2, COP24, SB50, COP25 and COP26 in calling for more gender representation in climate negotiations to the UNFCCC secretariat, especially on the gender action plan, lima work programme, and gender and adaptation. They have equally organised webinars on gender and climate change and worked with the UNFCCC gender division in the organisation of the gender regional workshops in 2020. 

She was one of the 30 young people selected by the United Nations Youth Envoy office to support the organization of the first ever United Nations Youth Climate Summit in 2019.
