Speaker Bio

Izzy is Growth Director at Sonder & Tell. She was born in London and is half dutch, which explains her matter-of-fact approach to life. After deciding to not take the ‘conventional’ route after school, Izzy started her working life at a small creative agency at the age of 18. Izzy joined Sonder & Tell with 10 years of experience building brands like Tyrrells, Sipsmith and GrowUp Farms. Her entrepreneurial spirit means that she loves the twists and turns of working with Founders – she’s not afraid of any challenge thrown her way, in fact, the bigger the better!

Izzy is genuinely interested in her clients commercial success and understands that the key to a successful relationship is understanding what their business and commercial ambitions are. Her favourite kind of project starts with helping a client to shape their business model all the way through to launching their brand.

When Izzy isn’t working she’s probably doing a reformer pilates class, eating pasta with a bottle of beer or devouring a book (usually something intense with some crime, horror and definitely including a detective).
