He is a facilitator of leadership programs in nature and nature retreats, helping individuals and teams in organizations to re-connect with nature to cultivate new human capacities for resilience, connection, adaptability, systemic awareness and care.
In the last year, Javier has co-launched an earth centered architectural and engineering design practice called TerraLupa. They have been hired to develop the Design Brief of a Biochar Facility Project in the South of Spain, in which they are helping Amata Green develop a completely regenerative project in the design and build of the industrial facilities they need to produce biochar. The team is now waiting for funding to start leading in the design phase of the project.
