  1. DO I NEED TO PRINT MY TICKET OUT?

    • Aligned with our sustainability ethos and to save the need for paper, all of our tickets are digital. This means that all you need to do to access your ticket is login to the event app, and be sure to make sure you add all of your details and a photo so other attendees can find and connect with you.
    • Please note our event app launches in September, so you will not be able to access it until your receive and email inviting you to join.
  2. I’M HAVING TROUBLE DOWNLOADING THE APP

    • Please ensure you download the event app before the event date. If you are having trouble downloading the app please email [email protected] and a member of our team will be in touch to help you as best as they can.
    • If it’s the day of the event, please approach the check-in desk and explain the problem to staff who will attempt to register your attendance manually.
  3. I BOOKED THE WRONG TYPE OF TICKET

    • Unfortunately, all tickets are non-refundable as stated at the time of booking. If you need to upgrade your ticket, please book a new ticket and email [email protected] with all the details of your original ticket so that we can refund you. Please note, you must have already upgraded your ticket to receive a refund on your original purchase.
  4. I CAN NO LONGER ATTEND, CAN I GET A REFUND?

    • All tickets are non-refundable as stated at the time of booking. You are able to transfer your ticket to another person or roll over your ticket to 2024. If you wish to transfer your ticket to another person you must inform us via email [email protected] as we require the person’s full name, email address, job title, and company.

  2. What’s the best way to get to Blue Earth Summit?

    • We champion green modes of transport and encourage attendees to use public transport, walk, run, cycle, or as a last resort car-share (ideally using an electric car) to the venue.
      • Temple Meads Station – 10 min walk/5 min cycle
      • Cabot Circus – 20 min walk/6 min cycle
      • Bristol Bus and Coach Station – 30 min walk/9 min cycle
    • If you need to drive to Bristol to attend the event, we suggest the following car park:
      • Temple Meads Car Park – 10 min walk/5 min cycle
  3. Are there any public transport discounts for ticket holders?

    • If you are travelling to the event from London via train, you can benefit from a discounted train ticket as part of the Visit West Discounted Delegate Rail Fares scheme with Great Western.
  4. Is there any parking at the event?

    • The venue itself only has a car park for blue badge holders. There is no other parking available onsite. If you’re driving to Bristol, we recommend parking at Temple Meads Car Park which is just a ten minute walk away.

    • Please find the event timings below. We advise arriving at least 30 mins before the talks begin to ensure enough time to check-in, grab a coffee and find a seat.
      • Wednesday – Doors open 09 00, intro sessions start at 09 45, main content starts at 10 00. Talks end at 18 00, with evening drinks after and venue closes at 20 00.
      • Thursday – Doors open 09 00, intro sessions start at 09 45, main content starts at 10 00. Talks end at 18 00. Evening events start thereafter and close at 23 00
      • Friday – Morning swim registration starts at 07 00, the general day content starts from 0900 and the last wave session starts at 1700.

  1. Are there disabled facilities?

    • Yes, disabled toilet facilities are available at the venue and all talks/workshops are accessible on one level. Wheelchairs are available to hire with prior notice given to the team.

    • Yes, blue badge holders are able to park at the venue free of charge. There are also electric vehicle charging points available.

  3. Are there baby-changing facilities?

    • Yes, baby-changing facilities are available onsite.

  4. Is there anywhere I can take meetings/work from?

    • There are no specific areas for working/meetings as we require use of the whole venue to deliver such a comprehensive programme of content, however there is a large covered outdoor area that can be utilised.

  5. What sort of food will be available?

    • There will be a range of food options available onsite which will offer vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free options. The specific traders attending are still to be confirmed but will be announced in due course. Please ensure you bring a reusable water bottle and coffee cup to reduce waste.
