Blue Earth Ventures is seeking a Investor Relations & Ventures Manager to become the driving force behind our ventures activity, a natural connector and community builder who champions our ventures members and brings our ecosystem to life.

 

In this role, you’ll nurture founder relationships, facilitate introductions to relevant investors, and unlock new sales and growth opportunities through our partners and wider network. You’ll help founders get the most value from the Blue Earth community while powering the growth of the ventures programme itself.

The Role

We’re looking for a Investor Relations & Ventures Manager to be the beating heart of our ventures activity, a relationship-builder who manages our ventures community and helps unlock real value from our ecosystem. You’ll manage founder relationships, connect them with relevant investors, and identify new sales and growth opportunities through our partners and network.

What You’ll Do

• Be the primary point of contact for our ventures and members
• Match ventures with relevant investors and funding opportunities
• Spot and support commercial partnership leads from within our network
• Support founders as they prepare for investment and pitch opportunities
• Curate and manage content for campaigns, newsletters, and updates
• Plan and deliver founder and investor-focused events (virtual & in-person)
• Keep CRM and pipeline tools up to date and humming smoothly

Who You Are

• Experienced in venture, investor relations, accelerators, or startups
• A relationship-builder—quick to earn trust, naturally proactive
• Understanding the needs of early-stage founders and how to support them
• Commercially minded and able to spot strong opportunities
• Organised, self-driven, and thrive in a dynamic, purpose-led environment
• Well-connected in impact investing, sustainability, or venture capital
