Over the last 6 weeks, led by Wavelength Ventures, we have been welcoming applications from some of the UK’s most innovative businesses. We were on the lookout for businesses that can legitimately disrupt a whole market and we are excited to announce our 4 x finalists that can do just that.
These founders will be pitching on the main stage to a panel of some of the world’s best impact investors, including: Broody, Sustainable Ventures, Redrice, Wavelength Ventures and Crowdcube. Some highlights below for your research to the main event.

CanCan is aiming to replace single use cups. Founders have invested £400k themselves to date. Focus has been on backend systems and tech. Trials happening all round Bristol. Raising funds to scale a proven model.

Pixii is a wholly owned Neva Group company, alongside Hippo Commercial and Lyte Drive. The Pixii boat range aims to transform the $41bn maritime leisure sector, acting as a ‘trojan horse’ for Neva Group technologies. First Pixii boat sales in production, on water later this year. Raising for production of new show and demonstration vessels

Nuud plastic free gum aims to remove single use plastic found in chewing gum. Recently appeared on Dragons Den. Launched in major UK supermarkets. Raising funds for increased physical on online presence and awareness.
The aim is to facilitate over £10m into the next generation of business that will have a positive impact on the planet, while still having the ability to turn a profit.
