Climate Cartographics
Climate Cartographics is a non-profit design research studio. We develop impactful visualisations and communication tools to address environmental concerns through data,
mapping and visual storytelling.
We confront the climate and ecological emergency by developing visual communication strategies that expand environmental knowledge and integrate climate decision-making through our partners' and collaborators' projects, workflows and sectors. We deliver these through a
wide range of informative and impactful visual mediums, challenging traditional aesthetics around the representation of data and climate, to trigger lasting emotive responses amongst new audiences in new ways.
Our services include research, desktop studies, data gathering and field work alongside technical analysis, communicated via data visualisations, geospatial mappings 3D representations and narrative-based communications. We deliver these outputs across a range of media and formats - from print, publications and physical installations, to digital, animations and interactive platforms. Our work has been published and exhibited internationally.
