Field Studies Council
Field Studies Council is an environmental education charity with a proud 80-year legacy of delivering high-quality outdoor learning and fieldwork. With a network of centres across the UK, our mission is to create outstanding opportunities for everyone to connect with and learn about the natural world.
We offer a wide range of natural history and biodiversity training courses - online and in-person - designed for all ages, abilities, and levels of experience. These include:

- Discovering the Biodiversity Metric
- Biodiversity Net Gain for Reviewers
- Biodiversity Net Gain for Assessors
For organisations, we provide flexible group training that can be scheduled at a time and date that suits you. We also work closely with partners to design bespoke courses tailored to specific learning objectives.
