Adhitya Raghavan is the founder of Takt, a venture pioneering the use of advanced data retrieval and analysis to address production waste in factories and manufacturing. By unlocking hidden insights from fragmented data, Takt helps industrial organizations streamline operations, improve efficiency, and reduce waste — enabling more sustainable and profitable production systems.
Adhitya’s passion for solving industrial inefficiencies began early while working in his family’s factory. He went on to earn his undergraduate degree from Princeton University and his MBA from Harvard Business School, where he graduated as a Baker Scholar (top 5%). He is also a Boustany Scholar, a Regen Fellow, and a Cheng Fellow at Harvard Kennedy School, recognizing his leadership and commitment to social impact.
Before founding Takt, Adhitya worked at Bain & Company in Boston, where he advised global clients on strategy and performance improvement. Today, he is based in San Francisco, combining his background in strategy and technology to drive innovation in manufacturing. Outside of work, he is an avid squash player.
