Debra Nelson, Campaigns Lead at Football Beyond Borders, where her journey began ten years ago as a participant in the programme. After experiencing first hand the impact of a trusted adult, she went on to spend seven years working directly with boys and girls across London, supporting them to navigate the challenges of secondary school.

Now leading FBB's campaigns and Youth board, Debra ensures that young people's voices shape the organisation's direction and the wider national conversation on education, football and belonging.
