Dominique Palmer is a UK-based Climate Justice Activist who has become a leading voice in the fight for climate action and social equity. She is the coordinator of Climate Live, an organisation dedicated to mobilising youth action for the climate crisis, and actively works with the Youth Climate Justice Fund. Passionate about the #StopRosebank campaign, Palmer combines advocacy, media, and art to amplify the urgent need for climate justice.
Palmer gained national prominence in 2019 when she organised the UK’s September climate strikes, rallying over 300,000 people in a powerful call for action. Her work has since earned her recognition as a “Young Leader” at the Green Carpet Fashion Awards in 2023 and a spot on Forbes’ Top UK Environmentalists list.
A champion for sustainable fashion and veganism, Palmer has worked with renowned brands like Kornit, PANGAIA, and Kurt Geiger, advising on sustainability and how to engage Gen Z with environmental initiatives. Her expertise also extends to conducting workshops on eco-anxiety and consulting for funders and businesses seeking to align their efforts with the values of younger generations.
A graduate of the University of Birmingham with a degree in Political Science and International Relations, Palmer’s dissertation focused on the intersection of climate change and gender, demonstrating her deep commitment to creating an inclusive, sustainable future for all.
