Patrick Andrews is a lawyer, author and venture catalyst working at the frontier of ownership, funding and governance. As co-founder of Regenerative Governance, he is building new structures that help businesses hold their purpose steady through transition - from steward ownership to guardian shares and systemic investment.
Patrick’s legal career took him into high-stakes negotiations across Europe, Russia and China. For the past two decades, he has channelled that experience into designing alternative ownership and governance models for mission-led enterprises - including Riverford Organic Farmers and eco-car company Riversimple. He is the author of The Incomplete Circle and a visiting lecturer at Imperial College London.
