Speaker Bio

Alan is Lime’s Interim Head of Public Policy for Europe, Middle East and Africa and has been with the Company since 2018. Prior to this he worked within Uber’s Public Policy team for three and half years. Before entering the tech sector, Alan worked in politics including in the UK Parliament and on election campaigns in both the UK and USA. A graduate of the University of Manchester, Alan also holds a Master of Public Policy from the University of Oxford.
