Speaker Bio

Andres is the founding partner of the Bio-Leadership Project and programme director of the Bio-Leadership Fellowship, two initiatives supporting regenerative people and projects across the world. His work combines transformative leadership development, wisdom from ancient cultures, and deep work with nature to support new forms of progress that care for all of life. He was a catalyst and is now a project lead for the Philanthropy Lab – an initiative helping funders collaborate towards ‘Economies in Service to Life’. He has helped initiate programmes such as ‘OD For Life’ helping consultants act to care for the planet. Most deeply, he is a Nature Quest guide – helping people reconnect and transform through profound immersions in nature.
