Speaker Bio

Eva Kruse is an experienced apparel industry executive and has pioneered social and environmental responsibility in fashion by spearheading the movement commitments towards a more responsible fashion industry, as the founder and CEO of Global Fashion Agenda (GFA) and the renowned event Global Fashion Summit. Eva’s CV includes many other roles before setting the agenda on guiding and mobilising fashion industry leaders to take bold and urgent action on sustainability.

She was founder and CEO of Copenhagen Fashion Week for more than a decade and previously also served as editor in chief of magazines and as tv-presenter. A globally recognised voice in sustainability and keynote speaker at conferences across the world incl. TEDx Talk, Eva holds the Human Rights Prize from the French Embassy, and a Royal Order of Chivalry from the Danish Monarchy.

On behalf of PANGAIA Eva is currently working on rallying a new global business coalition with ambitious targets to reverse biodiversity loss and launching a campaign platform focusing on bees and pollinators, called Bee The Change.
