Oge Ejizu joined Black Girls Hike in 2020 as a London Regional Hike Leader. She now serves as a Non-Exec Director for the Board. Oge is a hiking enthusiast and believes everyone should have access to nature and has delivered a TEDx talk on behalf of Black Girls Hike titled ‘Who does nature belong to?’

As an experienced DEI Practitioner, Oge has worked with various high-profile charities and For profit organisations to deliver strategic transformation programmes and develop organisational strategies that expand services to maximise growth.

Oge also holds a Masters in Violence, Conflict and Development from the University of SOAS and a BA in Politics
