Speaker Bio

Tess Wehmeyer (they/them) is a German non-binary designer, researcher, climate leadership coach and Bio-Leadership Fellow. Coming from a global career in urbanism, design innovation and creative leadership, Tess is currently founding the strategy advisory Fluid Nature, unleashing and driving the power, awareness and acceptance of non-binary thinking. The fluid plays on a new form of leadership, neither feminine nor masculine, but non-dual and non-binary. It enables us to integrate and heal our paradoxes and binary opposites, thriving in our ‘Fluid Nature’ in this world on fire.
