Impossible team lead and founder of Fairphone
Tessa is a changemaker and a business activist who encourages collective leadership in dealing with complex, wicked problems. She studied English Literature and International Development, Journalism, Deep Democracy, Non-Violent Resistance and Communications. She is a THNK Creative Leadership School alumni and mother of three boys.
As part of the founding team of Fairphone, she turned a campaign for fairer electronics into an impact-driven business model. She is also a strategic advisor at Creatives for Climate, is co-founder and host of the podcast series, What If We Get It Right? by Impossible and is a business coach through t h e w h o l e w o r k s in the Netherlands.
Her most recent enterprise is The Undercover Activist, an education and research platform that coaches and emboldens young professionals to be optimistic and confident and take constructive action to change their organisations from within.
