Tom is the Co-Founder of CIRCA5000, the impact investing app based in the UK. Before Co-Founding CIRCA5000, Tom started his career at Barclays in 2011, before moving to Wellington Management in 2014, where he worked on their $3B Global Impact Fund. He is a CFA Charterholder
