Yesterday, we kicked off BE100 2025 in style with a launch party in Shoreditch, bringing together BE100 applicants, Blue Earth Ventures members, investors, and partners under one roof.

The night was a powerful reminder of what makes BE100 so unique — the energy, ambition, and shared mission to transform how the world works. Guests heard directly from founders and investors, celebrated the extraordinary businesses driving change, and connected with the people shaping the future of impact innovation.

Blue Earth Summit will host of Europe’s leading summit for purpose-driven business, investment, and innovation, has officially opened applications for BE100 2025, a competition designed to find, fund, and scale the next wave of high-impact businesses transforming the way the world works.

With applications and nominations open until 22 September, the BE100 calls on founders, innovators, and entrepreneurs across the UK and beyond to put their solutions forward for a chance to join the coveted BE100 cohort and pitch live at the Blue Earth Summit this October.

“The BE100 isn’t just about recognising great ideas,” says Guy Hayler, Co-Founder of Blue Earth. “It’s about backing the businesses that can deliver real, measurable impact, and giving them the platform, investment, and partnerships they need to scale.”

From 1,000+ Applicants to 3 Game-Changing Winners

BE100 attracts over 1,000 applications, spotlighted 100 trailblazing finalists, and helped raise more than £20 million in investment for purpose-led businesses including UrbanChain, who went on to secure the BE100 Scale category.

This year, BE100 will once again bring together the world’s most ambitious founders with hundreds of investors, industry leaders, and global media at the Blue Earth Summit, 15–17 October at Woolwich Works, London.

The BE100 Fund: Backing Winners Beyond the Stage

Over the last four years, Blue Earth has helped raise more than £155 million for 55+ impact-driven companies. For 2025, we are taking our support further.

In partnership with Haatch, Blue Earth is launching the BE100 Fund, a dedicated prize fund powered by our community, deployed directly to the most promising BE100 winners. This ensures not only visibility on stage, but also the capital to scale impact globally.
