Blue Earth launches new Health & Wellness Programme

Putting human wellbeing at the heart of the future economy.

This October, Blue Earth Summit is putting human wellbeing at the heart of the future economy with the launch of its new Health & Wellness Programme.

Taking place throughout Blue Earth Summit 2026, the programme will give attendees new ways to move, recover, recharge and connect.

From guided cold-water experiences and rooftop saunas to community runs, open-water swimming, walking, mobility, nutrition and performance-focused conversations, it will create moments of energy and restoration across the Summit.

New for 2026

The Blue Earth Health & Wellness Hub

At the centre of the programme will be a dedicated space where delegates can step away from the pace of the event, try something new and continue conversations in a more relaxed and memorable environment.

But the programme will extend far beyond the Hub. Activities will take place across the Summit and at selected external locations, turning health and wellbeing into an integral part of the Blue Earth experience.

Move. Recover. Connect.

Blue Earth has always believed in the power of the outdoors, shared experiences and human connection. This year, those elements are being brought together into one coordinated programme.

Delegates can expect a mixture of free and bookable experiences across movement, recovery, nutrition and performance.

Movement

Get Moving

Community runs, guided walks, open-water swimming and mobility experiences designed for different abilities.

Recovery

Recharge

Ice baths, sauna sessions, breathwork, active recovery and natural foot care between Summit sessions.

Performance

Learn

Nutrition experiences and conversations with athletes, founders and practitioners exploring human performance.

Community

Connect

Shared experiences that create more natural opportunities to meet, talk and build lasting relationships.

The programme has been designed to welcome different experience levels. Whether someone is trying cold-water immersion for the first time, beginning the day with a run, taking time to recover between sessions or meeting a future collaborator around the fire, there will be multiple ways to participate.

“Blue Earth has always created brilliant outdoor experiences, but they have often existed as individual moments.

This year, we’re bringing them together as one Health & Wellness Programme that runs across the whole event.

It’s about giving people more opportunities to move, recover, connect and continue the conversations that make Blue Earth so special.”

Linley Lewis
COO and Co-Founder, Blue Earth Summit

Powered by an Exceptional Community of Partners

The programme brings together a community of organisations united by movement, recovery, performance and connection.

Founding Partner

Dryrobe

Dryrobe joins the programme as its founding partner, helping to shape the Health & Wellness Hub and supporting attendees through the cold-water, sauna and recovery experiences.

Dryrobe will provide changing and warmth products, contribute to the programme of activities and share its founder story with the wider Summit audience.

“We’ve always believed that the moments before and after an adventure are just as important as the adventure itself. Recovery, connection and community are at the heart of what we do, so partnering with Blue Earth to help shape the Health & Wellness Programme felt like a natural fit.”

Nick Rees
Global Partnership Manager, Dryrobe

IceBreakers

Guided cold-water sessions combining movement, breathwork and safe immersion, alongside a conversation exploring the future of healthy masculinity.

Rooftop Saunas

Bringing the warmth, calm and community of the UK’s first private rooftop sauna and cold-plunge experience to the Summit.

On

Supporting the movement programme through community runs and performance experiences across the Summit.

OUTO

Helping delegates explore walking as a way to improve wellbeing, create space for new ideas and build relationships.

The Feats

Providing natural active foot care and recovery for the people spending their days moving through the Summit.

YANAA

Contributing to the nutrition programme and exploring how nourishment supports energy, health and performance.

Open-Water Swimming in the City

Beyond Woolwich Works, SwimTrek and Sea Lanes Canary Wharf will bring open-water swimming into the programme.

Summit delegates will be welcomed to an urban waterside destination where they can swim, recover and reconnect with nature in the heart of London.

“As part of the Health & Wellness Programme, we are proud to open Sea Lanes Canary Wharf to Summit delegates, an urban oasis where people of all abilities can swim, recover and connect with nature.”

Ross Gilbert
Managing Director, Sea Lanes

“At SwimTrek, we’ve always believed that swimming creates community. Whether it’s your first experience of open water or you’re in every day, there’s something powerful about bringing people together through a shared challenge.

Blue Earth shares that same philosophy, so we’re excited to bring the swimming element of the Health & Wellness Programme to life at Sea Lanes.”

Ash Van Wensveen
Managing Director, SwimTrek

Together, these partners will create a varied programme spanning movement, recovery, warmth, cold, nutrition, performance and community—with further partners and experiences still to be announced.

Wellbeing at the Heart of the Future Economy

The Health & Wellness Programme reflects a simple belief: healthier people build stronger organisations, more resilient communities and a better future.

At an event bringing together more than 5,000 founders, investors, business leaders, policymakers and innovators, the programme will create valuable space to pause as well as participate.

It will offer an alternative setting for conversations, introduce delegates to new practices and turn shared experiences into lasting connections.

Because sometimes the most valuable Summit conversation doesn’t happen in a meeting room.

It happens during a run, after a swim, around the warmth of a sauna or while doing something challenging alongside someone new.

The full programme, session timetable and booking information will be announced ahead of the Summit.

Get ready to move.
Recover.
And connect.
