Reconnect: Day 3 at Blue Earth Summit – A Unique Chance to Recharge and Reconnect
Events can often be overwhelming. With the noise, the crowds, and the pressure to meet new people, it’s easy to feel more disconnected than engaged. But Day 3 of Blue Earth Summit is designed to be different.
We’ve intentionally crafted Reconnect, our final day, to offer a series of activities that not only foster genuine connections with others but also help you reconnect with nature and yourself. After two packed days of panels, discussions, and inspiration, Reconnect gives you a moment to breathe, reset, and deepen your relationship with the environment and those you’ve met at the Summit.
This final day is powered by our incredible partners, including Merrell, Nattergal, Protect Our Winters, Finisterre, dryrobe, NOWCA, Canary Wharf Group, GoodGym, and Go Jauntly. Whether you prefer a morning walk, a challenging swim, or a hands-on environmental task, there’s an opportunity for everyone.

Reasons to Be Cheerful

With talks held on our Forum Business stage, just off the main courtyard, join Mark and friends for uplifting and inspiring stories of positive change.
Freediving Principles and Breathwork with Hanli Prinsloo
Hanli Prinsloo, a record breaking freediver, will lead a series of sessions focusing on freediving principles and breathwork. Participants will learn how the skills used in freediving—such as breath control, focus, and calm under pressure—can be applied to everyday life and business. Freediving isn’t just about diving deep into the ocean, it’s about mental resilience and overcoming challenges in high-pressure environments.
Why participate?
Freediving principles teach us how to regulate stress, stay calm, and manage our energy, making it relevant for leaders and professionals. Breathwork can enhance mental clarity, focus, and physical wellbeing, providing tools for managing daily stressors and improving overall mental health. Hanli’s sessions offer a unique blend of physical practice and mental strategy that can be applied to both personal and professional life.
Cold Water Swimming with dryrobe
For those looking to start their day with a refreshing challenge, dryrobe ambassador Sophie Hellyer will be leading cold water swimming sessions at Canary Wharf. Cold water immersion is known to have numerous health benefits, from boosting the immune system to improving circulation and reducing stress. These swims offer participants the chance to experience the invigorating power of cold water, while also learning techniques for managing stress and building resilience. The dryrobe team will be ready with cosy robes to keep you warm and comfortable as soon as you step out of the water.
Why participate?
Cold water swimming is scientifically proven to support mental health by releasing endorphins, reducing cortisol levels (the stress hormone), and promoting a sense of calm. Sophie’s sessions will focus on the mental and physical benefits of cold water immersion, offering a revitalising experience that’s perfect for those looking to reset their mindset and boost their resilience.
Guided Runs by Protect Our Winters (POW)
Led by Max Hanisch, Creative Director of POW Europe, this guided trail run takes you through Woolwich’s scenic routes, offering a blend of physical exercise and climate advocacy. The 5-10km run is designed for all levels, providing participants with a unique opportunity to connect with nature while learning more about the impact of climate change on outdoor sports.
